Products arrived quickly in perfect condition (I bought a key locks and a Lumos XL). Unfortunately the torch charged but didn’t work, turns out the battery tab was still inside and the head had been screwed on waaaay too tight for whatever reason. Me and a Defender Products employee both cut our fingers trying to pry it open. They managed to get it open and sent it back very quickly, it now works and is brighter than any torch I’ve had before.
