The compact, double-sided pedal has a higher sawtooth ridge than the Sylvan Touring model, providing better grip with the sole of your shoes.The aluminum body is built around a hand-tuned cup and cone bearing system for durability and smooth rotation.Brass for Circles Custom DesignThis is a custom model that Circles spent three years developing from the concept stage, in which the side panels of MKS’s classic pedal were manufactured from brass.Unlike anodized aluminum or electro-deposition paint, the black paint will peel off over time, revealing the brass base. The exposed base metal will then oxidize and gradually become dull, and depending on the usage environment, a verdigris pattern may appear. This is a finish that allows each user to enjoy different changes over time.The sides of the Raw model are made from bare brass and will become dull with use over time.
